Terrible experience at this branch. I went in to cash a check — something that should be quick and easy — and it turned into a nightmare. Both the teller and the manager were rude and unhelpful just because I don’t have an account with the bank.
They wanted to charge an unreasonable fee just to cash the check and asked for sensitive personal information simply because I wasn’t a customer. I felt disrespected and treated poorly.
I do not recommend this bank at all, and especially not this branch. The service is awful and the staff’s attitude makes it even worse.

Great Bank. All the staff makes you feel warm welcome everytime you step in and makes you feel as part of their family. I'm a customer since 2008 and very happy With Magaly Garcia and the rest of the team.
