The first time I went they treated me so well, super friendly, fast, reliable and an excellent price, that when I hit the wheel again today I didn't hesitate to come back and let me tell you that they treated me excellently again! I recommend 15/10

This is the second time I bring my vehicle to this mechanic. I am in the auto industry so I have a lot of reservations when choosing someone to work on my vehicles but this shop has come across as knowledgeable and honest. They kept me updated throughout the repairs and gave me guidance on some other things that I may want to look at. Everything they suggested was necessary based on my experience and they did not recommend anything that wasn't. I will continue to bring back my vehicles here for their maintenance and repair as I am confident in this business.

Naulin Auto Service was a breath of fresh air particularly in this economy where it's hard to find good service and when you do, it's typically at a premium. My experience at Naulin was the opposite. They provided honest and quality service, they addressed the issue with my vehicle promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely 100% recommend their services.

Naulin Auto Service delivers Gold Star ethical and quality service. I contacted them after getting the usual terrible service and horrible communication we are forced to accept from the "new normal". They provided excellent communication and honest, insightful professional advice on how to proceed. I take pride in being a handy mechanically savvy do-it-yourselfer, but I know my limitations. Called them after reading the amazing reviews that I know now are very well deserved! I'm a new lifelong customer! Thank you for being the only "Old School" real deal fantastic auto service in town!

I have been going to Naulin Auto for 16 years. He is always honest, trustworthy and fair. He has always fixed the problem with my different vehicles efficiently and effectively....I always feel safe when I get back in my car knowing the problem was fixed. We only trust him working on our cars.

I came in here with a check engine light on and my car was shaking while on idle. I called ahead to explain the situation and they were very friendly and very informative. They're honest hard working people. They were able to see me pretty quickly and resolve a pressing matter. They were thorough in their explanation and suggested less pressing matters to be worked on in the near future without being in no way pushy. This will be my forever mechanic which is a lot to say considering going to the mechanic is a stressful situation because you don't know if they are being genuine with you. This was not the case here. I left with above average service and I highly recommend Naulin Auto Service! I'll be back for all future mechanic needs. Thank you so much for the great service!!!!

Next day after my initial visit another problem came up, unrelated to the work you did on Monday. I brought the vehicle in and you took care of that problem, and would not accept any payment. Thank you!!! Oh and by the way, thanks for the little In Touch booklets you have in the waiting room, in both English and Spanish.
