This review is for the department where the store provide services for pick up, drop off, printing, etc, etc, etc... The person working in there, named Heimard, don't think is capable to work with clients, it's have been several time, I go there to drop off package, the package are already labeled is just scan a leave the package, but because he is only one person in there, if there is clients before you, to do another service, you have to wait all the time just for scanning an item. He doesn't care about anything, instead call another collogues asking for help, because so many other personal working in there doing nothing. He just don't do anything, just whatever... Meaning, you have to wait, all the time, for a simple thing, whenever he finish with one client to take care of the next one. He shouldn't be able working with customers, because you could see in his face the frustration he has, taking care of the customers, not education at all. How is possible a person like that, be able to work with customers, I could understand he need his job, but you need to be active in a department like that one, and don't leave the customers waiting for ever for a simple thing which is scan a label. So disappointed, every one else, at there is very helpful but for him, not good at all, that's the reason why I'm leaving this review, because is not one time this is been happening, is over and over and he still there, don't now if anyone else happening this or is just I don't like him, but he is a horrible customer service attendant.

Sold me opened and used ink cartridges (even tjough the boxed looked unopened) whatever ink was left it was dried up

Guys if you need to print Office Depot is your place. I had a ton of copies to prepare for a project and Carlos in the Print and Copy Services was a gem. He not only helped me to get this done faster he was very accurate and helpful. I was also able to sit in the business center and work with my project until I was done. Overall great experience. If you need help ask for Carlos, he is very professional.

We were in with a last minute need to print our Wedding materials and were leaving the next day. Carlos Alonso from the printing department worked with us the entire day to rapidly print, re-format and manage our goods. He did this while still being patient and serving the numerous other people that came in. I have never been more impressed with someone's service like this - he went above and beyond, was patient, and just an overall joy to work with. 5 stars!

Don’t bother coming here to print anything. They have one overworked person at the printing section. We passed by on two different days and the lines were long, the worker clearly didn’t feel like being there and was not helpful and very quick to put a million excuses as to why they couldn’t help.

I was recently at Office Depot and needed assistance. The young man who’s name is Carlos was very polite, helpful and I appreciated it! He was busy but was able to accommodate the customers in a very nice way!

Carlos was the only employee working in the printing dept. His service was exceptional while he was multi tasking he was able to help everyone. He did the WOW factor .

So, see if anyone can understand the logic here. Iwalked into this store on coral way and noticed you could hear a pin drop from the lack of customers. The place was desserted.
I took a chair ticket to purchase from home online and placed the order, sure enough, 10 minutes later I get an email that the item I sat on was not available so I called and spoke to the manager to see if they could sell me the floor sample ?
His response was that they had to charge me $15 more for getting an assembled chair. getting a chair that has been sat on by god knows how many people but that it came already assembled. Go figure. . . . now I know why these stores are closing shop.
These morons know nothing about marketing and dealing with the public.

Staff was really useless.. big guy with the beard at printing was terrible. Apparently you can’t email them the business card design to be printed, it has to be in a usb drive.. makes no sense but what do you expect from someone who doesn’t want to work.
If you want double sided business cards you have to order online, but shipping is then 25% of your whole order and they don’t let you have them delivered to the store for pick up for free.. it’s like talking to a wall.. except worse.
