I always went to the office depot on 106 and 17 NW and that branch is Horrible everyone barks at you for terrible attention...after coming to 8515 I will never go back to the other one
I don't know how the manager doesn't do anything about it.

Horrible service!!! The printing station has only one guy which, when asked for assistance, tells me to wait until he finishes assisting someone in front of me, which is understandable, but as I wait at the printer, he continues to assist new customers (which came in after me!!) and proceeds to ignore me. When I complain at the register, they call for a manager, which never came!!! First and only time I ever come this OfficeMax, which totally disregards and disrespects their customer’s time!!!

The attention in the printing area is depressing, total lack of cordiality. THEY HAVE 0 POINTS in customer service. Delays 10 minutes for an impression just because the staff does not serve you as they should.

In the printing part, they do not help customers at all with the machines, I went and even though I told them that I did not know how to send a fax, they did not help me at all, I had to leave with the frustration of not being able to send the document to another place where In one minute they taught me I can solve both things by sending what I wanted and learning so that when I return to another and know, I say to another because I don't plan to return to this one.
