I waited in line quite a while to return a FedEx package. I was impressed with the way Willie, who was the employee behind the business center desk, handled everybody as timely as possible without ever losing patience! . He was helpful to everyone and never lost his temper when somebody would ask him to change and change and change and change things. Disappointed that tere's only one person behind the counter but impressed with how Willie took care of everybody.

I needed printing done for a promotion for my business. The young man who helped me, Willie, provided such excellent service, that it compelled me to write a review. He returned from his break and was greeted by multiple customers awaiting assistance. I was the first in line. He was polite, knowledge, professional and helpful. He greeted each customer and was able to direct and help all who were waiting. He was also able to meet my printing need efficiently and in a timely manner. I am grateful for the excellent service.

The truth is that I think it is a good place, but I traveled from very far away to do a job and it said that it saw at 6 and the saw was at 5 PM. That's not good.

I was looking for cover sheets protector, I had gone to Staples because it was close to my office, I spent 20 minutes walking around the store, I couldn't find what I was looking for. Finally an employee showed up and told me that he was in area 12, I went there and there was none (apparently the employee didn't know which products they didn't have in stock). I looked for the associate and he didn't show up, there was only a cashier with more than 7 people in line waiting to pay. There was no one to ask so I left. Office Depot was 15 minutes from Staples so I went there and in less than 5 minutes I left the store with the product in my hand, simple. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE KEY!!! An associate helped me and I got the product.

I have to say this is horrible horrible. I went there to buy supplies for my kids. My kids want to use the restroom. They told me how horrible it was in there. There was holes in the wall. It smelled because I went to go check didn’t take pictures, but my kids did. I wanted to post it, but I didn’t wanna go that low, blame management because you guys need to do something about it. That’s horrible bad example for the store and company.

Guaranteed horrible service. The store is seriously understaffed. Always a line at the service desk as typically staffed with only one employee (waited over 20 minutes just yesterday). Good luck finding a store clerk for help locating any item. Store should staff appropriately or close.

Tried calling the store multiple times on Saturday. On hold for 10+ minutes with no one picking up the phone. Sad to say every time I’ve been to this Office Max it’s a ghost town so you would think they would want to pick up the phone. These little actions make or break a business.

I had an amazing experience at Office Depot (13575 S Dixie Hwy next to Home Depot). I created a retrospective and asked the Printing Consultant for a copy of the original; and two bound copies. It was perfect. I really appreciate the attention that was shown with this project. It has been impressing all that have seen it so far. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this OD and intend to send those who inquire to OD.

I recently visited the Office Max and I had a generally positive experience. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what I needed. The aisles were clearly labeled, and the overall layout was logical and user-friendly. The shelves were well-stocked, and there were no cluttered areas, which enhanced the shopping experience.
I went in looking for a variety of office supplies, including printer ink, paper, and a few organizational items. I was pleased to find everything on my list in stock. The variety of products available was impressive, covering both basic and specialized office needs. The technology section had a good range of products, from laptops to printers and accessories.
The customer service was exceptional. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who offered assistance. I had a few questions about different types of printer ink, and the associate was knowledgeable and eager to help. They even walked me over to the right aisle and explained the differences between the products.
The checkout process was smooth and efficient. There were enough registers open, so the wait time was minimal. The cashier was polite and quick, ensuring that I was on my way in no time. Additionally, the store had hand sanitizer available at the checkout, which I appreciated.
I noticed they offer a variety of additional services, such as printing and copying, which could be very convenient for both personal and business needs. Although I didn’t use these services during my visit, it’s nice to know they’re available.
The parking situation was convenient, with plenty of spaces available. The store is located in a shopping center with ample parking, so I didn’t have to worry about finding a spot close to the entrance.
Overall, my experience at Office Max was very positive. The combination of a clean, well-stocked store, helpful staff, and efficient service made my visit pleasant and hassle-free. I would definitely return for any future office supply needs and would recommend this location to others.
