I was Friday to buy a present to myself, I explain to the lady (young and small), she doesn’t care about my request, zero smile, neither a polite welcome as a regular client, she ignores me completely… I really bought the products that I wanted to post the best part of the store was the black lady very kind and gentle with me. She did a great job! But the manager store really needs to find other type of job. Plus they don’t fold the product in a nice gift box, no longer better quality (doesn’t smells at all), I will don’t come back again, so sad .@BrickleCenter.

Came to shop in Brickell at 330pm on the 31st. Store is locked no sign on the door…lights on…customers trying to come in and unable to as the person running the store is apparently on break. I had to call the coral gables location to figure out what’s going on. I don’t know any business that operates this way and closes the store down without even a sign for the customers. You’re loosing sales.

Fabulous store. Parfums are absolutely amazing ? smell like an angel ? perfect to have them on if you are heading to any event, brunch or meeting bc they are soft and delicate????

A very charming and interesting store. The shopping experience was very cultural. The Italian staff was very kind and enthusiastic telling us the stories behind their products. She introduced a cologne to me and I am falling in love with that scent since then. Just came back from Florence so LOVE the stories behind each perfume.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Jason. I know this brand from my time in Italy and they have INCREDIBLE scents! When this store opened in Brickell City Centre (BCC), I was so excited because I knew I was getting great quality (which has a price tag to match). I have purchased three (3) fragrances from this brand in Italy and had absolutely no problem. Now, at BCC, it's an entirely different story. I came to purchase a scent for my dad for Christmas which he loved; however, (and soooo unfortunate), when he opened the gift and sprayed the fragrance, it has a completely different scent -- which was even confirmed by my mother. After spending all this money, I took it back to the store to find out they do not do returns. And to add even MORR insult to injury, this store only has ONE employee at a time and each time I've been here, it's taken 20-30 mins to be assisted which is honestly sad & ridiculous. The brand itself gets a A from me but NOT the American store especially at BCC. I will not return nor refer my friends and family to this company unless they are in Europe. Hope this post helps save someone some cash.

The highest quality natural products from the worlds oldest apothecary in Florence, Italy. I have been using their products for years now. Everything from cologne, bath oil, home fragrances, men's shaving products, etc. I always come to the Miami store when I am in town to resupply. I love them!
