I have to give a star because it won't let me not give it but for me it is the worst store to buy boys' clothes, it is very expensive and the quality is super bad
The worst thing is that they don't change the garment if it has a fault they don't change it and I'm talking about a garment worth almost $30.00 dollars. Don't buy children's clothes in this store and the staff won't let you talk and they won't give you a solution.

Horrible experience, I was looking for clothes for my son and the employees took me and my wife out, almost harassed because they had to close, I don't understand, we were already inside for almost 30 minutes with a lot of clothes to buy and they treated us very badly, you can see There is no manager, because it is the first time I see something like this

This store is the worst of the worst, the employees are shit!! I was shopping and I had to leave my clothes because the employees took me out of the store... I don't know what's going on with the customer service, they make fun of you in your face and keep telling you that the store is closed! I'M SPENDING MY MONEY, THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME ANYTHING! There is no manager with ethics and if there is, I didn't see it... they are very disrespectful! TERRIBLE ATTENTION!! I would like to leave 0 stars

The manager Sindy should be fired as soon as possible. I went to get some clothes today and I witnessed this lady who I thought was just some random rude employee belittle multiple members of the staff so horrid that I had to look for someone to report the mistreatment that was going on in this store as I have family members who have worked retail and know just how stressful the job can already be, not to mention the fact that the pay isnt worth all that stress. It was surprising to find out that the rude, disrespectful, and absolutely inhumane lady I had witnessed was the manager today. I believe that her being the manager, she holds a great responsibility on representing the store and by not only mistreating other employees, but to do it infront of the public, she makes Old Navy worth of any bad publicity reviews like these may get.

Old Navy has always been one of my favorite atores. But unfortunately the customer service was terrible. As we were finishing up our shopping the manager “Cindy” told us the store was closed (the store closes at 9:00 pm, it was 9:05 & no prior announcement was made) and denied ringing us up.The few of us who was still in the line were told we were not getting kicked out of the store however they will not make our transaction.Im upset because the employees saw us looking and Yet NOBODY said anything about the store closing. Very rude and unprofessional
