This company sells fake rocks I got two types and they both either fakes or very cheap and sold really really expensive overpriced.i add two pictures with two issues one is getting a weird color like brown and the other one the rock was shinny and now is mate after 1 week please please don’t shop here.

I want to shoutout Kaitlyn who always takes great care of our company and is available and patient to answer any questions no matter the dilema. As a landscaping business owner, clients tend to change their mind last minute and require the world from us. Kaitlyn is always sharp and communicative in these situations and makes my life so much easier in these high pressure situations. I recently had the displeasure of engaging with olimar stone and Leo and was appalled by the abysmal level of customer service I received. From the moment I was contacted via phone, it was clear that the staff's indifference was the norm rather than the exception. I have been buying from olimar for years but the new staff are rude and are not at all helpful
To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns with the manager, I was met with dismissiveness and condescension. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment.
Overall, my experience with olimar stone was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone seeking friendly and competent customer service to steer clear of this place. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
Honestly, if I could put zero stars I would, a once great client, no longer- good luck

This place is a total rip off! I sent my guys to get 60 bags of black slate (1 yard) and had no idea they charged us $850, that nearly 3 times the amount from anywhere else! Never again!

Very few professionals. In this place there is no communication with the client. They do not accept returns. I bought 6 bags of stone and only used 2 and I went to the place to return the 4 leftovers and very bad attention that cannot be returned. Please, I hope you are aware and take measures because despite the fact that the prices are high, you must accept the product that is returned in good condition and sealed. I hope to the owners of this place that you give them this comment and are flexible with customers.

I purchased several different types of stones, boulders, gravel & pavers for a Japanese Garden. Jolie & Crew were Fabulous to work with! Knowledgeable, extremely helpful & PLEASANT !!

I went to Olimar Stone to place an order for 70 bags of stones, they took my order and we agreed to return for them the next day but then they called me and told me that they did not have those stones that they offered me in stock and that I had already paid then. I requested a refund of my money and they told me that they did not refund the money that they gave me a credit to buy other stones and that's how they kept me with $2,000.When you sell and charge for something you don't have, what is it called? fraud or scam?

First time I go to this store, the service is decadent and the prices are given by weight! Half a bucket of stone at $170 when in other places in Miami they are at $100!!
