Ruined my Boss jacket. It shrinked and I cannot use it any longer... But what is worse now is that I was invited to send the jacket back to fix it and after they try to fix it and realizing they couldn't, they put the policy excuse and said hey can't do anything else. This is now making it even WORSE than the original complain. Trying to Recover from the first experience and then saying "No, we won't give you any refund" and thank you for your business, basically telling me I am not welcomed as a customer. So sad to see that a franchise like this has such a poor customer service policy. I won't be back for sure and will not recommend for anyone in the area. Thank you for nothing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaning service. I sent in a brand new blouse for my husband and a dress for my daughter. To my dismay, they returned my husband’s silk shirt with drawstrings damaged. The service completely ruined these designer luxury brand clothes. When I requested a refund or any form of compensation, they refused to offer any resolution. I strongly advise against using this dry cleaner if you value your clothing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

OUTRAGEOUS!!! STAY AWAY!!!! THEY “DONATED” ALL OF MY CLOTHES!!!!!! I’ve been a customer of this establishment for over 2 years, last time I dropped off 12 items!! and unfortunately I’m an ICU healthcare provider and my schedule got a lil hectic and I was not able to pick it up on time. Well I just came to pick up my 12 items that were worth over 2,000$ and guess what- IT WAS ALL GONE!!!! Donated!!!!!! When I asked to show me the proof of donation the owner could not come up with anything!!! I received only one phone call with one voicemail asking me to come pick it up, ONE!!!
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!
