I've always really liked the laundry service but when I used their ALTERATION service I was impressed. I had 2 pants to adjust the waist, so loose, the seamstress did such a meticulous and perfect job that it was imperceptible, no one says that the pants were adjusted, there is no sign whatsoever. I highly recommend this service as well!!

It is very frustrating when I ask for my order to be delivered and a week after it was supposed to be delivered, I had to go there personally, and ask where were my clothes. The lady at front said 'whoever took your order did not set it up for delivery' and was matted of fact with no apologies. There are plenty of dry cleaners in Aventura and this will be the last time I frequent this establishment. I understand mistakes can happen, but customer service is what is important and OXXO, failed in delivering this. Ownership needs to train their fun stuff better regarding customer service to their clients.

We love using OXXO care Cleaner . In addition to being a great dry cleaner they pick up and deliver to our door. They have a pick up window 24/7. The best costumer service.

The dry cleaners didn’t treat the garment properly, it was a designer jacket from MaxMara. Not only they refused to admit the problem, no resolution was offered for the ruined garment, unfortunately. The jacket is totally unwearable, it completely lost it fit. I had it dry cleaned before, and it was done properly. I understand accidents happen, but I expect at least some acknowledgment of the problem and a proposed resolution. Definitely not a place to do business.

I wanted two dresses to be cleaned and they were asking $100 just for the dresses!! So I refused because they were not dirty or stained at all, just needed to be dry cleaned after one wear. They changed ownership a few months ago apparently (info shared by employee) and they dramatically raised their prices!! They are not worth it anymore… you can have your clothes well cleaned somewhere else but not as expensive…

I brought an already washed blouse in to OXO Cleaners and asked them to simply steam the wrinkles out. I was charged $17.95 and the blouse looked almost the same as when I brought it in.Disappointed!Service: Clothes pressing
