They do not notify the customer when they refuse shipments. Routinely misplace boxes and cause delays in receiving your boxes. Use another service if you can.

I chose this store as the alternate delivery address for a DHL package that required a signature and was very valuable. I received notification from DHL on Monday evening that the package had been delivered to the store. The following day I went to collect it and was told that it was not there. I provided the tracking information and the woman who I spoke to insisted that it had not been delivered as there was nothing for me where the DHL deliveries were stored. Over the next two days I made three calls to DHL and a second visit to this Pak Mail location. DHL insisted they had delivered the package and the store insisted that they did not have it. I returned a third time and asked if I could look for the package myself. This was valuable merchandise that I had waited over two months to receive. Sure enough, my box was there, buried under other items. This employee knew that I had been to this location three times looking for this box, and that DHL had insisted that it had been delivered to them, and she could not be bothered to do anything other than look on a shelf that clearly was not intended for anything larger than a small package or envelope. If I had not been persistent and asked to look for the package myself, I could have spent weeks looking for something that would have ended up becoming a permanent fixture in this Pak Mail location. I do not recommend them as a receiver for your packages .

Super great shipping place. Needed to send a last minute order they were super accommodating and they had a computer to print out a FedEx label from my account without any additional charge. Helped me resize my box to cut my shipping costs by a third! Also they have super late FedEx ground pickups which is super rare!

This is my first review ever because I don’t usually have the time to do these. But if I could give these people a zero I would. I waited 35 min to notarized a document. Horrible service.

I had recently visited this store to return a package. I did not have the best encounter and knew I was going to have an issue later, which I did; however, Antonio the manager of this Pak Mail went above and beyond to make my situation right. Thank you so much for all your help. This man deserves a raise!!

I used the Amazon pick up service so I can get my package earlier. I will NEVER do that again. They didn’t communicate well with me on what was needed. Then insulted me at that end. DONT USE FOR AMAZON PICKUP!!!

The woman who works here is always very rude and snappy. I have came here several times over the course of one year and she has always been unpleasant. Her husband is a sweetheart and treats customers with kindness & respect. A little kindness or even a smile would suffice but I refuse to ever give my service to them again. Save your time & money and go somewhere else! She will charge you the most expensive option without asking AND have an attitude.

They are very old school with the way they do things. For example, printing. At most places you can either email the file/document or bring it on hard drive. If you want to print something here, they charge you a $3 fee to get on a computer and access the file. Then they charge you for the printing and time you used the computer. You end up paying 5x the price you pay even at a FedEx for a single black and white page.

Used this shipping company several times as they are close to one of my jobs. The owner / employees are not in any hurry to help you even though you are the only customer in the store. They seem annoyed that you are bothering them. They use an antiquated computer checkout / invoicing system and the cashier uses one finger to peck at the keyboard. They always have problems ringing you up for a single sale. If you wanna have your anxiety and patience tested and your day ruined, go to this store.
