My recent visit to this jewelry store was prompted by a warranty issue with my ring. However, the experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the associate, Valerie, greeted me with rudeness and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my concern. Despite attempting to inquire about their products and the warranty process, I was met with dismissiveness. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the store's phone number went unanswered, adding to the frustration. Given the lack of helpfulness and poor customer service, I cannot recommend shopping at this store, especially for warranty-related matters.

If they had 0 star I would give it to sell they lie and say things and invent their own policies my husband bought me a bracelet and they told him he could exchange it or return it and when we went to the store everything was a lie, no return or exchange, they steal money from customers face super bad service and above all very bad treatment

I was very excited for the engraving experience for a Valentine’s present with my boyfriend. That was quickly ruined upon arrival when we got paired to work with Irene. I really hope that’s her name (on the receipt). To make it clear so hopefully she is spoken to: she has long black hair, long nails, & was wearing ballet flats.Her customer service was terrible. It was like working with a high schooler as she was laughing and running around the store… barely helping us and giving attitude. Just a terrible experience overall… and they gave us a scratched up pendant to begin with so we had to start the process all over again. I hope this location can do better and hire respectful, genuine people.

The associates have very poor customer service skills. They pushed me off to the side as if I wasn’t worth their time. Thankfully the associates at the falls location were kinda enough to assist me. Do better.

Horrible experience trying to make a return at the dadeland location. The staff had a sign outside the door to wait outside despite the store being empty and 5 team members just standing around with no one attending incoming guest. After a few minutes I was looked at (which means come in I guess) and when I mentioned the return they said I had to go back to the store I purchased it at. Multiple reviews mention the same thing (with great disappointment for such a known brand), so i decided to call customer service and they said I could return it to any store. It's a shame that they treat customers like this. I will no longer be shopping for my wife daughter and family at pandora.... it left such a bad taste in our mouth. We truly loved the brand but I don't understand how this practice is allowed for months on end with no correcting the issue. Many reviews for this specific location say the same.

Terrible attention from the shop assistants, they had no interest in serving customers or selling and were also very rude. false advertising, they had 50% off signs on all the shelves in the store when only a small session was the one that had the discount

I arrived at the store and as soon as I entered they asked me what I needed. When I arrived I let them know that I was coming to pick up, the blonde lady turned around and ignored me. A few minutes later another person tells me what I need and rudely she tells me that I have to go to the back. He sent a young girl and she was very kindly helping me, we finished with my first pick up and I asked her if it was possible to pick up another one that was not yet ready and she told me that she was going to serve someone else but she would be happy to help me. (since my order was not ready and I clearly understand), then another girl with very long hair arrives and sees that the young girl who perhaps did not have as much experience needs help and in a super rude way she starts to help her. moving everything in a manner and making gestures of discomfort and annoyance. I stood to one side waiting for them to finish so I could pick up my second order, then the lady who was rude at first who was wearing a mask arrives and tells me what else I need and I explain to her, she tells me it's not ready and I ask her if Is it possible to help me since I did it three hours before and I am looking for something that was already ready. and she doesn't answer me, she just leaves, she brings me the bracelet and very quickly she gives it to me and she tells me ok here it is. They never look you in the eyes, their tone and vibe is one of not wanting to help. At that moment as I was leaving I saw a girl that I sometimes meet at the gym and she told me omg they are super rude and she prefers not to buy. This experience means not going to this place

I’m only giving one star so I can write a review. This location and all the associates are absolutely rude and do not follow any of the pandora rules when it comes to exchanges. Every where online says an online order can be exchanged or returned in store. I was gifted a ring and went in to exchange for a smaller size. The two employees at the door stared me down and didn’t even want to let me in at first. Then an older lady with black hair and black glasses took us in and said “what do you want” very rudely. Then told me they didn’t have my size when I purposely checked online and it says “in stock”. She didn’t even look for it. I asked for a return and she said they can’t do returns, it’ll have to be online. Absolutely horrendous experience, they were literally pushing people out and not even listening. She was chit chatting with another employee and since she had to actually work she treated me poorly. Would never go there again.

If I could leave a 0 I would. I was walking through Dadeland Mall when my niece said let’s go to Pandora she was in front of me, I was directly behind her. The woman monitoring the door took a stand to block the door and told her she couldn’t go in I took a step forward and said she is with me and the woman said you can’t go in. There is a way to say things and explain why we couldn’t enter, I believe there were 3 people being attended in the store. I left and purchased what we needed at the Pandora in Macy’s.

Worse pandora location. Please don't go here to spend your money, International mall or the falls location will treat you with more respect and not treat you as if you were in a mcdonalds drive thru.I've never had so much attitude from employees like I did at dadeland location. They even gang up on you. The manager is the worst one. I went in on Saturday to exchange an item I was gifted but did not fit and I was told that It was only possible to return at the original store it was purchased at, Which is a complete lie! no where in the receipt or on the website return policy does it say that! This location does not abide by any pandora rules. Worse experience.

Earlier my mom and I arrived to the Pandora jewelry store to exchange the same ring that she bought for a size smaller and we were told by the associates as we walked in that we couldn’t exchange it since it was from a differing store and if we were to exchange it we have to give them a difference despite us purchasing it through another Pandora Store for the same ring, just different size with an attitude. The associates we dealt with should learn how to follow Pandora policy concerning equal exchanges and treating customers with respect. We won’t be coming back to this store due to the lack of respect and total disregard to store policy; we’ll also be filing a complaint against the store for lack of training regarding policy and customer service.
