Walked in to Paradise and was greeted by Jose Calcano , a young extremely friendly and knowledgeable salesman who attended to us .Had a great experience with the purchase of our grill and all the accessories needed to complete our outdoor kitchen. We had everything we wanted already in mind and talking to Jose we were able to fine tune what we were looking for.HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARADISE!

Our sales person Damian Alvarez was extremely helpful in explaining grill stations, upgrades and features. Will finally decided on 8ft unit with refrigerator and trash option. Damian also provided recommendations for maintenance/cleaning products.

I went to paradise grills in Pinecrest to look around and was helped by Damian. He was super knowledgeable about the product and very friendly. He helped me find the perfect outdoor kitchen for my backyard and even came over to make sure the unit would fit. I was incredibly surprised with the level of service I received even though I was buying a relatively small unit. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Jose Calcano was our sales representative. He was the best! He was very attentive to what we had in mind and help show us options of grills and equipment. We worked together with him and his manager to make sure everything from the sale to the delivery went smooth. The products are great quality and their team is exceptional.
