I’m delighted to have been dealing with Haydee from the very first phone call I made to Paraiso Rental apartments. She’s been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us to make the final moving day a complete breeze. In fact, the entire staff has been very nice and welcoming. I am confident we will be enjoying the time living in this condo for many years to come. THANK YOI HAYDEE & STAFF for your amazing service!

I lived here for 1 year and couldn't take it anymore. Here are reasons why you should not live here.
1. The rent is insanely high for no luxurious amenities other than a very small gym with broken machines and a pool full of noisy people
2. My package has been stolen many many times. You are going to live with a bunch of thieves.
3. It smells like weed.
4. The walls are very thin. You will hear your neighbors loud TV.
5. Nobody picks up after their dog. Gross.
6. There has been many instances where there were dog poop and pee in the elevators.
7. Theres a private room downstairs for studying but it is always locked. And when its not locked, its taken by people who don't even live here. + lots of highschoolers go to the pool who don't live in this condo.
8. Your balcony will have a ton of bird poop. I had to deep clean that balcony once a month and get rid of my expensive furniture.
9. Delayed giving back the deposit.
10. Dishwasher broke a couple of times.
11. Washer and dryer are SO loud.
12. They host holiday breakfasts but greedy families take everything the first 10 minutes when it opens.
13. My key fob for the garage was stolen. I was told to pay for a replacement.
14. People drive so aggresively in the garage. For what?
15. Not a welcoming environment to live in.

Would definitely recommend this place to live in. Location is wonderful if you enjoy all of Miami (not just the coastal areas). The airport is a short drive away, great shopping walking distance and short drives away in pretty much all directions, restaurants. It’s incredibly conveniently located including being able to walk to the store when you’re an about to start cooking to grab something you forgot, and going to the park next door to play some pickleball at any time.
The property is also smoothly managed. Never had an issue with the facilities or anything related to the office. If I had questions, they’d respond quickly. If I entered a maintenance ticket, someone would come to check it out soon. All communications very sent to residents ahead of time and through various channels to ensure everyone was informed of special cleanings, alarm tests, etc.
The inside garage was an absolute sweet bonus we will miss. The convenience of feeling like you live in the first floor when you don’t is something I wish more properties would offer.
The pool was super relaxing and private given its location in the building.
Five-star property. Sad we had to move out of town for work, but happy we picked this place for our stay in Miami.

I love living at Paraiso. Giannina and Haydee are instrumental in making our experience of living there a great one. They are attentive and take care of our needs in a very profesional manner. They also overlook the care of the building to the highest standard.

My sister and I are looking for an apartment and we were very interested in Paraiso because of its prime location. We went into the leasing office and met Haydee who truly made us feel so welcomed. She clearly explained to us how the process of moving into Paraiso is and was excited to show us around. We were able to get a tour of the building and one of the units. The experience was amazing and we look forward to hopefully moving in here!

We are super happy with the maintenance team here at Paraiso. We put in a few requests for repairs and Elias came by promptly and was able to fix everything in no time, especially the blinds. Elias is a true professional and great person. Thank you for all your help!

I've had a great experience at Paraiso at Fountain Square. The management here is exceptional, and the entire complex is always clean and well-maintained.
One of the standout aspects of living here is the staff. They are always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cordial. Giannina, in particular, has been a tremendous asset to the management team. She always ensures that residents are comfortable and any issues are promptly addressed. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly make a difference.
It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well taken care of, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
