Manager from valet is soo rude…Clearly put a woman ahead of me because she was flirting with him. When we called him out on it, he got very defensive and started yelling words in creole. He keeps saying things and was very aggressive! Never coming back to Castle Beach Hotel again valet is a joke and have no customer service skills… looks like they just hired anyone off the street. If i could give no Star that’s the rating they deserve

READ THIS IF YOU HAVE AN INCIDENT WITH THIS COMPANY
If your car gets hit by this valet. Block their path with your car. Block the whole thing have everyone wait and force them to call a manager. They will ignore you unless you do this! Call the police make a report and make sure you get the insurance information of ParkSafe before the police leaves. File the claim to your insurance and they will hunt down these people to get it resolved.
They destroyed my brand new pick up truck. They opened it like a can of sardines.

Valet operating at the castle beach hotel ,5445 collins ave Miami beach, ParParkSafe Systems , is a joke, they damage my car, the guys working there played stupit saying only the manage , Gesner , can help with an accident report. I waited from 6 am until 9:30 am for the supposed manager to arrive, which he never did, I believe this guy not even exist. I was given Mr Gesner number and email, I've been calling and emailing him several times with no success . I had to call the police to make a report. I caught the valet drivers on camera driving my car reckless inside the garage like they were in a race. Avoid this place at all cost if you don't want to have your car smashed. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Worst stay ever the valet parking damaged my truck and doesn’t want to take responsibility for it or show me the cameras when my truck was damaged ! WORST COMPANY EVER PARK SAFE SYSTEMS IS HORRIBLE DO T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!

Terrible experience with customer service. First night there they misplaced our car keys at valet. Took them over 30 mins to find them. When they finally brought us the car I noticed they had stolen my brand new Ray Bans. I notified them immediately and told me they couldn’t do anything I had to come back to speak to the valet manager the next morning. I went back the next morning and he wasn’t there so they gave me his email and phone number. I’ve been calling and emailing Mr. Gesner and has not answered.

They lost my key for my car, made me miss my music video shoot, I lost a $10,000 deposit for my music video. Person at the desk refused to give me contact info for the company. I will be seeing even has to call the police. Don't trust this company with your keys they are a scam and they lie

Are there negative stars? They damaged my van while parked at Castle Beach condo. They wrote an accident report and got an email from Andrew Cummings saying he would pay for repair. Now 11 months later, no one will respond to my emails. I wrote the FL attorney general, but they will not investigate. I don't know why they aren't investigated for all the unpaid claims. No company in Miami should use this company. I have tried so many ways to collect my $543.14. I wonder if they treat their employees the same way.

The rudest valet you will ever encounter. Literally ruined my vacation. Refused to let us unload car by front door. Told me I had to leave property because I didn't want my car in garage while I unloaded it.

These children who run the valet at Castle Beach Club Condos wrecked my car and refused to take a claim unless I flew back to Miami to do so. At the time of the incident, the employee on duty took pictures and wrote down the details of the incident. My flight left before management arrived the next day and they've refused to try to help in any way. DO NOT hire this company to park your vehicles!!!!!

I also have had same experience. I stayed at Castle Beach apartment on vacation, and was forced to use this valet. they damaged my rental car ! They don’t respond to pay bill. I’ve contacted attorney general about this . Worst company

ZERO STARS - the valet service damaged car and then refused to return any calls or emails after promising to fix via their insurance - even with photo evidence before and after condition. Castle Beach Hotel location is staffed with liars and thiefs...they also stole items from the car while parked at the hotel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Went jet skiing with some friends and used Park Safe Systems for the day. Came back to find they had stolen money from my car. Called the cops but of course it was my word against theirs. The supervisor was so rude about it that I have a feeling he knew which valet took the money. NEVER USE THEM. BETTER YET.....DON'T USE VALET PARKING ANYWHERE UNLESS YOU'RE DESPARATE. THEY ALL GO THROUGH YOUR BELONGINGS TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN STEAL.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK WITH PARKSAFE SYSTEMS. I rented a car in Miami and had to valet with them because I stayed in Castle beach. A couple hours later I went down to the valet to get my car which is push to start, and they gave me the wrong key. We drove an hour and a half away before the car alerted that the key could not be found. We called the number on google and that was a residents phone number not the front desk for the hotel. The resident gave us the front desk number and they gave us the valet number. I spoke with Fernando who lied and told me someone was coming to bring my key. When I asked for the person’s phone number so I could contact I heard someone whispering the number to him. When I inquired why he said the person has already left when I could hear them feeding him the number he then admitted that no one was coming. After spending $150 on Uber to get back to the hotel I asked for my car key and they could not find the key. Fernando who I had just spoken to acted like he was going to check for it inside the car in the basement of the garage. I already knew that was untrue because the car was not even at the lot. A few minutes later they found the key thrown on top of a shelf. Then he proceeded to give me his managers phone number -Mohammed. Mohammed NEVER answered any of my calls, yet he texted Fernando and told him to tell me he will reimburse me for my Ubers on Monday. I asked why Monday and not immediately and no one would answer my question. I spoke with a woman at the front desk to find out what time Mohammed comes into work and she let me know that Mohammed comes and goes whenever he pleases and the Mohammed/the company doesn’t care about complaints and they do not rectify situations. I spent over $250 on ubers to which I have yet to receive a call back from Mohammed or anyone at the company. The works also tried to get an attitude with me and lied multiple times throughout this process. Please save yourself the headache and do not park with parksafe. And please continue to report this company because they are a terrible company, poor customer service and liars. ZERO STARS.

Worse company ever.They damaged my car and i am trying for 4 months to receive something back.I cant never find a phone number to call, phone number on google is not working and when I get to talk to someone they send me to an email and nobody ever responds this email.Do not park there.
