Great company to order parts from. Shipping is usually very fast. I really like that they mostly use UPS for shipping. I had one small issue with an order but Gary was able to help and make things right. I’ll definitely order more product from them going forward.

If I could give these guys 0 stars and still leave a review, I would.
Twice, I've ordered from them and neither time was a great experience. The second time, I ordered on July 15th. At some point, I rec'd an email telling me that my parts were out for delivery by EOD 21st. It's been 10 additional days sonce then, I've just purchased the parts locally in order to get the job finished, and Gary still insists that they'll be here tomorrow bwcause USPS has apparently lost them and keeps updating the tracking number that they'll be delivered the following day.
Sure, the parts are cheaper....BUT - Their reps give canned answers, there is apparently no recourse for lost orders, and items do not arrive in a timely fashion. Hard pass.
In the attached photos, you'll see the initial tracking email and the customer service department's subsequent replies when I finally inquired about where the parts actually were and requesting a refund.

Seller refused to take back faulty solar chargers (2 each) which not only did not charge my remote equipment batteries but DISCHARGED them, creating a tow out recovery situation and lost work/time, and new batteries because these Chynesium crap chargers killed them. Here is thier AI-generated reply, asking me to buy two more, then return the bad ones for manufacturer testing, before issuing any credit:

These were $40.00+ chargers each.

Complete degenerates. Shipping brake pads sold as new but delivered in a plain bag with the brakes package all over the place and missing brackets and pad. Horrible service...never do business with these clowns ever again.

Never buy online from here.
Trashy customer service.Not recommended especially when their system has issues then they oops and ship you 2 of the thing you ordered instead of one.Then they don't have a phone number to call with a real person that answers.If you do call them it's just a bunch of computer voices and you get nowhere.

Ordered 8 rod bearings from them they sent 1 single rod bearing I've had to open the case a second time with ebay I'm out 270 dollars for parts not recieved had to order elsewhere
