I was excited to try James May's gin. 7 weeks after ordering, I'm not sure it will arrive, Passion Spirits doesn't seem to know (or likely care) if it will either. Terrible tracking, terrible communication. Please read the countless reviews like this before ordering. Don't give this company your money, your money is the important thing, actually delivering your order seems like a distasteful side effect of cashing your money.

I bought some Mao Tai - a very expensive bottle - and not only did they outright lie about the delivery date but then they wanted to make me pay the shipping to get my refund. They purposely gave an unacceptably large range delivery range and they couldn’t even meet that. They were not transparent about shipping, or stocking problems and when the issue did come up they pushed the cost on us. Don’t buy things here.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Placed 2 orders within days of each other. Received one order, minimal tracking info. Had to send it to a family member’s home bc they couldn’t (wouldn’t?) deliver to my zip code. Got about 10 mins notice…no one was home so we had to track down a neighbor to accept delivery. The second bottle was delivered with zero tracking, zero notice, just a note left in the door to pick it up at a local UPS location. They sent the wrong bottle. It was a Christmas gift, and they couldn’t get the correct one here in time…so they just cancelled the order. Instead of sending it so we could gift it asap after Christmas, they cancelled it. They refunded my money and told me to keep the bottle they sent, but he already has that bottle. I won’t order from them again.

Definitely a little on the scammy side. I ordered product to be shipped to NC (shame on me) about a month ago and received an email immediately letting me know I'd receive a shipment confirmation shortly. Well, I never received that email confirmation nor did I receive any notice of cancellation of my order. However they wasted no time charging my credit card for the purchase. Now I am in the position of attempting to contact them to figure out if the order should be cancelled because they can't ship to NC. You would think a place that's well run and customer centric would immediately contact me asking if I had an address outside of NC to ship to or if I'd like the order cancelled. Nope, instead it's up to me to hound them to try and get this fixed. I would definitely not recommend, even if I didn't live in NC this experience leaves me wondering if they are just one big scam.

I recently purchased an item from this company and received the incorrect product. I reached out to their team and was met with a quick response and follow through on their end even though I missed their first email, they proceeded to resolve the issue. They made sure I received the correct product and that the order was satisfied. From this experience, I would have no problem continuing using their services.

I have seen many improvements compared to the last time I made a purchase (long time ago). Starting with the main site, looks pretty nice and friendly!Also, my purchased order arrived in time as I expected.Great comeback!

I was looking for a fine sipping Rum that had no artificial colors or fillers I found a company called Flying gang rum company, was not disappointed ordered from Passion spirits it was very easy and super fast delivery

I have had the absolute worst experience ever with this company. They do not communicate with customers, the shipping information is subpar, and you are never given a delivery date, but you are expected to be home to receive the pkg you don’t know is coming. The only way i found out it was out for delivery is when I looked at the minimal tracking information and saw that a delivery was attempted at 10:30 pm (I was home so I don’t believe them, not that I would have answered my door at 10:30 pm). No note stating they attempted delivery was left on my door and after two calls to customer service I was told they don’t know when it will be delivered again, it could be one day or two and I should just wait and see. So passion spirits, i should just sit home and wait to get my package when you never provided me a delivery date? Additionally, shipping said 2-8 days, I am over two weeks now in the shipping process and I still haven’t received my purchase. I buy specialty bottles from around the world and I have never had an issue like this. This is definitively my last purchase with this company.

Put my order in for just two bottles 3 weeks ago and they still have not arrived. The tracking number they sent is not to any shipping carrier and it says that my estimated delivery date is not available. When you call they give no real answers to the delay.

I order 2 bottles from them Feb 10. The website read 2 to 8 day delivery. I didn't get them til March 11 30 days later. I called and emailed them several times with not many answers. Alot of apologies but nothing else. Was very disappointed since it was my first time ordering.

This place should close down, they are not capable of fulfilling a simple 2 bottle order that was placed 3 weeks ago. They will give you every excuse in the book. All they are good for is to apologize for the delay and thank you for you patience. This is the worst give I have ever purchased. I wish I could give them a 0 stars.

I ordered online out of faith as a new and received my product within 15 days. My only criticism is I wish their online gave us a better idea (or good estimate) when the product would be arriving. I got worried when I read the reviews afterwards.*Also, after 2 days of setting up an account. It said my password didn't work and I know for a fact I put in the right password. When I tried reseting my password, it said it would send me an email and I tried many times and they never sent me an email and I check my promotion, main and spam folders.*Other than that. I'm just glad I received my product. So 5 stars. I will order from them again soon.

More than a week without acknowledging purchase. It wasn't until I called to cancel the order that they they decided to ship it even though I told them I didn't want it any longer.
