Top notch!!! They were quick to respond and to move us through the adoption process. Their website was accurate and up today for all their animals. We drove down from Orlando and helped our dog find his forever home. The facility was clean and comfortable. I would refer everyone to them who wanted to rescue an animal.

Great rescue shelter run by serious, kind and hard working dog and cat lovers. Over the years my family have (so far!) adopted 2 dogs from Paws4U and both times it’s been a clear, professional and straightforward process. Thank you Paws4U!

Got denied my application when i have more than half an acre in my house. I only have a 3 year child,... What do they expect??? For me to be alone and take care of the pup 24/7.....really absurd. Don't recommend this company . Better go to the animal shelter and rescue a loving pup or cat .

The animal shelter's operations have raised concerns within the animal welfare community. There is a perception of unprofessionalism and negligence among the individuals overseeing the organization. Unfortunately, efforts to offer constructive feedback and criticism have often been met with defensiveness and a lack of receptivity from both the management and the founder.One of the primary concerns is the living conditions for the dogs at the shelter. It has been observed that some dogs have resided in subpar conditions for extended periods, which is an issue of great importance. Additionally, there are concerns about the allocation of funds donated to the shelter, as it appears that these funds may not be fully directed toward the welfare of the animals.Another notable issue is the state of the nursery room, where it has been observed that sanitation problems, such as the accumulation of urine and feces, have persisted for extended periods. These issues have understandably raised questions about the shelter's standards of care and hygiene.It's essential to address these concerns and work collaboratively to ensure that the animal shelter can meet the highest standards of animal welfare.
