Five star service - Robert went above and beyond to help me with my two Brother printers. One was repaired (within a day) and the other was replaced under warranty thanks to Robert initiating the warranty claim.

Not only the service was good but they went above and beyond their task. After they notice that I had some issue with my WiFi network and printer, they send me some link and I was able to solve the problem. Thank you.

This small unassuming place in Doral was able to diagnose the issue with my Brother printer that just wouldn’t work. I left the printer with them for about 2 days during which time they tried to get it to work with no avail after many tries. They suggested I buy a new one for less than it would cost me to repair it and further more, they never charged me for the assessment!. Nice people and very professional.
