I wish I could give zero stars! I have a italian greyhound who has a blood disorder. I called to see how much a consultation and full senior blood panel would cost. I was informed that the consult would be 90$ and she wouldn't be able to tell me the cost of the blood work. That I would have to come in and spend 90$ for the consult with the vet and then they would write a treatment plan. At that point I can proceed with plan only then knowing the full cost..trying to wrangle your potential patients by keeping them uninformed is bad business. Not to metion they offered no solutions or effort to earn my business or my trust (it's my fur baby! I want to feel confident in the care he will receive). I do not recommend going there based on there unwillingness to help and rude customer service.
