Great store. Doesn’t look fancy but has everything and staff, esp. asst. mgr. Jese was amazingly helpful. Bought a dog stroller for my 16 y/o Havanese. Jesé put it together for me and put it in my car !

I visited the store today. The staff was very kind. Unfortunately, there were three rabbits sharing a cage, and the space was divided into three sections. When they lay down, they took up all the space and didn’t even have enough room to turn around. Considering that they are animals that need to run, I believe the space you are offering them is far too small. Please reconsider this.🙏

I went in two days ago in an emergency to buy clippers because my dog broke her dew claw. I wasn’t sure which one to buy and the sales person said I could easily return the one I didn’t use. I went back today to return the unused clipper and the manager made me give her my name and phone number. She wouldn’t take the return without my name and phone number. I call this an invasion of privacy and she should’ve made an exception because the sales person didn’t tell me I was gonna have to go through that much trouble to return the unused clippers.

Kind staff, although- they sold me very sick fish. DO NOT BUY FISH FROM THIS STORE. They sold me 2 gouramis that had the Ich- I thought that the fish may just naturally have spots. They assured us that the fish were fine and good to go. Turns out, the fish don’t have spots- those were massive fungal infections. This type of infection can kill an entire tank of fish. We brought the dead fish to another pet supermarket and they were shocked they sold us fish this sick. Do not buy fish here unless you want a tank of diseased fish!

Went to go purchase some food for my fish and met Jese and Kim they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about fish and fish tank equipment. The fish display area was amazing. All of the tanks were crystal clear and all the fish were alive and moving around. A true pleasure to purchase a new pet fish there. Keep up the amazing work.

Had sale signs up. When checking out they told us they had expired. So they did not honor the sale signs they had up.
