I love this store location. Well, honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience in any pet supermarket but this location goes above and beyond. The salesperson carried my cat litter to my car. I was in shock. They were so friendly and helpful. Every time I’ve gone there, everyone has been nice and helpful. They have my business!!!

The store on Kendall drive and 107 ave , Kendall Miami FL . Frustrating and ridiculous, disappointing since I have always been a Pet Supermarket customer, but this time it’s over. I went with my son and wife to take my golden doodle for grooming to this new store, but the experience and service were terrible. We wanted to know the price for grooming my dog, but according to the explanation from the man who attended us, under the watch of three other girls who said nothing, was that the groomer was too busy and didn't have any time at all to give us a price. I asked him how long it would take to give us an estimate, and the man said two minutes, but that the groomer didn't have two minutes to do it. He said the price ranged from $90 to $130, and that I had to make an appointment for the dog to be groomed. I asked if I needed to make an appointment just to get a price for the grooming, and he said no, then went back to ask the "scientific" groomer when she would have those two minutes to see the dog and give me a concrete price. The "scientific" groomer said that if we wanted, we could come back after 5 p.m. and before 6 p.m., meaning the window she gave us was between 5:15 and 5:45, and even then, there was no guarantee she would be available. We went to Petco and Petsmart, and as soon as we entered, we went to the grooming salon, and in less than a minute of looking at the dog, they kindly gave us the price. It’s a shame because we liked Pet Supermarket, and they were offering us 20% off for the first time, but even with that, we couldn’t get it done.

I don't know the name of this place, I only know that it is on 88 next to a Navarro, but we went in because the girl wanted to see some cats, for an animal place it is quite good with its smell of animal food like any place where that type of merchandise is stored.

The fish dept is a graveyard- seems like no one has taken care of these tanks in a while. I don't know if you're definitely trying to kill off the pet fish business in the store, but this will do it.
