Horrible experience at this store two times . First time I went to go get some feeders and an employee named Jorge told me he could not give me the fish due to water contaminate put in the tank so I walked around and asked another younger employee and sure enough he went and got me the fish. Went back today and who do you think was there only Jorge so I proceeded towards him and asked told him I needed feeders and he automatically told me he couldn’t give me any fishes due to the tank being locked. So I advised him that this was the second time he has giving me an excuse about getting the fish and that last time he told me what he did and another employee got them for me. He didn’t care at all is said there’s nothing he can do.As a buisness owner myself I would never have an employee like this guy working in my store and denying buisness. I had my mother call to get his name and he answered the phone and my mom asked who am I speaking to and he said Jorge what’s up what do you need. Very rude and unprofessional employee, every time I’ve gone in the past he’s always smoking cigarets outside. This guy defiantly hates working and hates dealing with customers . I’m very upset about this experience and I will defiantly never return to this pet supermarket and will defiantly advise everyone I talk to about my experience .

Wonderful place, excellent service i must say Michael does an excellent job he is socially accommodative and overall someone who always makes sure to offer the best service to whomever the customer may be. I can't recommend this place enough

It was really good when I entered the store, I was greeted at the entrance and was asked if I needed any help by one of the employees. He is not who I am writing this review about. When I was being checked out the employee checking me out had a nasty attitude. Her name was Hellen if I remember correctly she had a septum piercing and dark hair. She had asked me if I had wanted to make an account, I said yes and asked if she wanted to spell out my name as most people spell it with a C and an I. After I spelt it out to her she said and I quote "That is literally how I spelt it" rolling her eyes. I then told her how people always spell my name wrong and she said "wow really" in a mocking tone. Then I guess she assumed I was going to pay card so when I gave her cash she rolled her eyes and sighed. I normally don't leave reviews but I have never felt so disrespected by a customer service employee. I hope we can work on changing our attitude in the future.

Tiene de todo lo que te puedas imaginar excepto ropa para perros de tamaño grande y buenos precios. Las tiendas de animales parece ser que piensan que como nos preocupan nuestros amigos peludos nos vamos a gastar el sueldo en alimentos o premios para ellos. Los precios son desorbitados, entras con ilusión de comprar y sales deprimido.....preparen sus carteras.

The staff was knowledgeable and attentive offered us deals on sale we bought the cutest ferret, unfortunately we couldn’t keep it but the employees helped us with a refund and got us all our money back and took care of the ferret for us. A great store with great employees and pets!
