Employees are super nice. This store also has a large selection of higher quality pet foods, most that you wouldn’t be able to find at a petsmart or petco. We buy our pup’s fresh food here that we used to have to pay way more for elsewhere. They also have a lot of events and have a donations collection available to donate your things to dogs in shelters. They also have a bathing station and they just started offering grooming services

I came here to bathe my golden Buffon for the first time today and I had an AMAZING experience. The store manager Nikki was so kind! She gave me all the things that I needed and cleaned the station before I used it. I’m so grateful that this location offers this service because I live in an apartment and my dog doesn’t like to get bathed by other people so it has saved me a hassle! I will definitely keep coming here! If you’re looking for a clean place to bathe your dogs with a super nice staff, come here!! You will not regret it!

I wish I had the other 2 girls names, The Assistant Store Manager was very sweet and understanding with my inquiry about my cat using the self-serve wash stations stating that as long as the cat is well behaved, which my baby is, she believes there should be no problem with cats using the stations.
The shorter wavy black haired girl was so charismatic and sweet as well, she was attentive even though it was slightly busy in the store; she was so excited to hear that my cat would be coming in to use the station but unfortunately she won’t be working the day I come in! She as well recommends coming in on weekdays so that it is not as busy and stressful for my cat due to other dogs!
Nikki, the store manager was amazing, she was so funny and sweet. Wanting to confirm my doubt about me bringing my cat, I felt like I needed a store manager’s approval, and she did! She encouraged me to bring my cat, was very helpful, and was surprised that an employee told me no the first time I inquired, and Nikki and the 2 other girls were like “We do not discriminate pets in this store” which is nice since I do feel like Cats do not get as much love and appreciation in other stores.
Turns out a fellow manager was the one that told me no which was unfortunate but I’m glad I asked the Store Manager to be sure!! These 3 women were amazing to me! I believe all Pet Supermarket stores should rethink the usage of their wash stations to allow cats even if it’s on certain days/times. It’s all about the inclusion!

Worst pet supermarket I’ve ever been to. Their inventory online never reflects what they actually have in store so my online orders have to get cancelled even though they say “ in stock” online . This is very inconvenient when placing orders online

Their associate Vera was extremely rude and had 0 customer service skills. They’re also waaay overpriced. Take your money elsewhere, please!

Typically have a good experience at the store. Walked in today to give my dog a bath and staff was incredibly rude. They both ignored me and when I finally spoke up one came over with a terrible attitude. She did not say hi or even look at me. I didn’t get her name but she had on a lot of eyeliner. Typically the staff is very welcoming and friendly, but the manager really does need to check the staff who is working on the evening of April 17, 2024.
