This is one of the only pet supermarkets that carries the brand and flavor that my cats like. However, I found the staff to be unfriendly and a little bit rude. They became upset after I made them wait for me to find a retail me not coupon in order to send me $5 off of $70 purchase.

I keep coming here for the self dog wash service, best add-on ever. Today was remarkable as Marcos (attendant) helped me set up the thing where you was the dogs. Also his colleague (didn’t get her name) gave me a nice and welcoming experience. Beaides this, the array of products they offer is huge and high quality.

I really like this pet store! The employees are knowledgeable and willing to talk to you and explain things to you if you have any questions. I always buy ny rabbit stuff from them and will be getting my future fish there as well. Lol!
