Please get more people on the registers ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ every time I go there’s always a 30 minute line to get to the one poor cashier. It’s not right and it’s a simple resolve. Management needs to do better.

This is one of the only pet supermarkets that carries the brand and flavor that my cats like. However, I found the staff to be unfriendly and a little bit rude. They became upset after I made them wait for me to find a retail me not coupon in order to send me $5 off of $70 purchase.

I keep coming here for the self dog wash service, best add-on ever. Today was remarkable as Marcos (attendant) helped me set up the thing where you was the dogs. Also his colleague (didn’t get her name) gave me a nice and welcoming experience.
Beaides this, the array of products they offer is huge and high quality.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at the dog wash station. I booked a 12:00 PM appointment well in advance and arrived promptly at 11:58 AM, only to be told that another customer with three dogs (scheduled for 1:00 PM) and another individual were ahead of me. This was despite the online booking system showing open time slots from 9:00 AM to closing when I scheduled.
When I inquired how long the wait would be, the shift manager estimated 30 minutes. An hour later, I received a call stating the dog wash station was finally available. I returned, hoping the experience would improve, but it did not.
When I arrived the second time, I asked if towels were already at the station, and an attendant assured me they would be brought shortly. After waiting some time and still not receiving towels, I asked another associate, who also promised to bring them. Yet, another hour passed, and no one brought towels for me to dry my dog. I ended up using the hair dryer to dry her off as best as I could, but the noise made her anxious, adding unnecessary stress for both of us.
Given the inconvenience and poor service, I expected some acknowledgment or a discount at checkout, but the shift manager said nothing and charged me full price. I was already dealing with a migraine and chose not to say anything at the time to avoid coming off as rude, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
I have used the dog wash station several times in the past without issue, but this was by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. The lack of organization, communication, and basic courtesy was unacceptable. I expected much better and hope this feedback leads to significant improvements.

I really like this pet store! The employees are knowledgeable and willing to talk to you and explain things to you if you have any questions. I always buy ny rabbit stuff from them and will be getting my future fish there as well. Lol!

As a pet owner, I’ve visited many pet stores and always had good customer service… But at this place, happened to be helped and it was amazing. My nieces even had a great time been shown fishes by Jean. Made the experience amazing!!!

Parking available. Plenty spaces.
Zone quite safe.
Kind of affordable prices.
Music at nice volume. Not too loud not to low.
Clean premises.
Helpful staff.
You can pay either cash or card.
One of the reason that I like is that they have, according to what I have observed, around 5 or 6 brands recommended by vets regarding dog food, not only dry, but also refrigerated and canned.
You paw friend's tummy will surely appreciate quality food! I mean you eat fancy food like 2 or 3 times per week, why can not your furry friend have 2 or 3 decent meals per week? Mix dry food with canned or refrigerated. They deserve it, spoil them.

I’m not going to complain about the store, the store is fine. I’m just going to say there is one girl there with a long sleeve tattoo, light brown hair. I was literally just looking at the cats from outside and she kept giving me such bad looks. Not only that, she had the audacity to CLEARLY talk bad about me to her colleague who was cleaning the cats cages, to the point where her colleague looked up at me too. It honestly made me not want to even go in the store. Who does that? Am I not allowed to look at the cats from the window ? The entitlement and rudeness is wild to me. Especially to do that to a potential customer! So immature.

They remodeled the store it really looks nice. Staff is still friendly. It was like a family reunion.

Great customer service, I went in for some advise on my puppy and why his tummy was not agreeing with any of the dry food i was getting him, Erik asked what type of food i was giving him I told him all chicken then he suggested maybe my puppy had a chicken allergy suggested a salmon diet and omega 3 rich food after confirming with my vet he was 100% correct.
