Petland is absolutely disgusting. They do not care at all about the puppies they sell — all they care about is money. The people working there will lie straight to your face just to make a sale.
A few hours after bringing my puppy home, he got seriously sick. That means he was already sick while still at Petland — they just hid it. When I spoke to them, instead of taking any responsibility, they tried to blame me, saying ridiculous things like “oh, you must have taken him on the street.” They’ll say anything to cover up their own neglect.
I even have a friend who worked there who confirmed that the managers knowingly sold a very ill puppy because they “didn’t care” and just wanted the sale. That says everything you need to know about what kind of people run that place.
Petland is a greedy, heartless company that treats their animals like products, not living beings. If you care about animals at all, DO NOT go to Petland. You’ll end up heartbroken, angry, and with a sick puppy that they’ll refuse to take responsibility for.

Brought my niece to look at the animals for her birthday, although we didn’t have reservations, Natalie was kind enough to let us see a puppy for a few minutes! Thank you guys again :)

My wife and I were in your store this evening; after seeing 2 dogs in your store today eating feces, and one of them licking urine, to include the lack of acknowledgement by your employees; (your consumers not being greeted at all) even after a few minutes of being in your store. I definitely would not buy anything from your store let alone a 2 puppies that will need medical treatment because they will get sick if not treated by a Vet.
I worked at a pet shop when I was much younger and also retail. This is not a way to run any business. All of your staff needs to be retained on proper customer eticate and to be paying more attention to your puppies instead of talking amongst themselves (3-4 of them), while 1 person was doing his best to clean the kennels all by himself.

This place used to let you play with puppies. I get why they don't anymore but it was a big reason my family and I went. Overall though they have plenty of options for dog breeds to adopt.

My family and I visited Petland Miami to further our research regarding pet ownership. Anthony, Petland Sales Associate, greeted and informed us of the pet purchasing process. He was very knowledgeable about the various breeds provided by Petland’s breeding partners.
Anthony treated us with much courtesy and conducted himself in a professional manner. When we finalize our research, we will surely return to Petland Miami to purchase the right pet for our home.

Xzavier was the most amazing employee I have ever dealt with….. please give him a raise. If you don’t get ur dog from this Petland then ur making the wrong descision. This was overall a very enjoyable experience!
