In my experience, I want to express my total disapproval of the service this pet care place offers. My niece took her husky for a bath and, unfortunately, Mr. Trent almost caused his little dog to go blind. Upon picking him up, he had to immediately take him to the hospital, where the severity of his eye injury was discovered. Fortunately, after more than two weeks of recovery, the dog can now open his eye, but he was in critical condition and suffered a lot, just like my niece. It is unacceptable that staff did not warn about the damage that had occurred, and even more worrying is that after making a complaint to the general manager, it was revealed that this was not an isolated case. I would not recommend this place to anyone as it seems they do not take the safety of our pets seriously. There are many stories from other customers who have had similar experiences, and it is alarming that a place that should be trustworthy has proven to be so irresponsible. Please do not bring your pets here; They deserve better and safer treatment.

Good place, good prices, they should lumpier more the area where pets such as dogs and reptiles are found. They are seen depressed or sick.

It’s my go to pet supermarket. They have a great selection and the staff is always helpful. Also, they work with a local shelter to adopt cats!

I’m glad I have a PetSmart in my neighborhood, it’s always a lifesaver when I ran out of stuff and notice it in the very last minute.
I think this store needs a better cleaning. Often times there is a funky smell in the air, just as soon as you step in. Yes, I know it is a pet store and there are live animals in here, but still I don’t think it is clean the way it is supposed to be. This and sometimes not having enough personnel at the checkout lines. Other than that, everything else is pretty good, the level of products in stock provided it is not a big store, it is fairly easy to find parking if you are driving, etc.
The cats in adoption section is my favorite. I come to the store every other week just to see them. PetSmart does a great job taking care of them and keeping them through adoption. Show some love and adopt one :)

I took my husky for a bath and when she came up she was traumatized acting weird . I could not touch her head without her flinching. Do not take your pet there

An employer hit me today on my out of the store, I was putting away the things that I didn’t wanted to buy he pulled the kart and hit me for NO REASON, what happens in this store is unbelievable, I don’t know which is the process of them hiring people because if you go inside you would know what I mean, I’m from NY and I’ve seen everything but these people are something else, they’re so aggressive and always looking for a fight. NEVER GO HERE not even to get dog food, no matter how convenient that location is.

The attention is TERRIBLE, unfriendly and the don’t give you solutions.
The Banfield manager is so rude.
And the girl at the counter always with a bad face and looks in a bad way.
They don't respect appointment times, they make you arrive on time and then you have to sit and wait for about 20 minutes!
Too expensive and they want to charge you for everything! , Even if you have a membership plan.
They promise you benefits of a plan, and then you can't use any of it!.
I accidentally lost the bag with the pill box (which is included in the plan, which I pay for month by month). I asked for a new one and they refused to give me the medicine! I have been a client for years and they can't make an exception? I asked to speak to the manager, they told me that she is always traveling (which is not professional at all), I left my information and they promised to call me (THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AGAIN), I called again and spoke to the manager, who was rude, speaking to me in a bad tone and denying all requests!.
The girl at the salon refused to treat my little Maltese, with the excuse that he moved too much! I started taking him to another salon and they didn't have any problems! I found it unpleasant that they refuse to schedule a small dog for that reason, when in other places they CAN do it. That is a lack of empathy and love for animals.
EVERYTHING IS A BIG PROBLEM THERE.
DONT RECOMMEND!.

Love this place, and especially its workers.all of them are very kind individuals here. The Cashier Kiara was extremely helpful, and very nice. She listened and showed genuine interest and care and provided me with a solution to my problem all while taking care of a full line. I’m Extremely satisfied with the service here.

Excellent is not enough, the hairdresser is a spectacle, the girls are super loving, and my dog is difficult to take care of, and the hospital, the same, I only went to fill out the travel papers, super fast and they explained everything to me, very friendly
