The groomer managed to shave my dog down to where his skin was exposed on his backside side. It caused an allergic reaction to his skin. She also didn’t squeeze his anal glands. This is part of any grooming service. Three days later I’m at the Veterinarian office and I’m out another $111.00 dollars.

We’ve almost always had a very positive experience with the groomers; in particular Keyla and Dayana. We have moved since but go out of our way to get our doodle groomed with Keyla.

I would give it 5 stars but the bettas are in poor condition. It makes me sad to see betta fish dying, they should do something, either recover them or have preventive methods against stress and methylene blue is useful for physical wounds, don't stress, put almond leaf maybe they would feel better and the temperature and the number of people are affecting them, surely the betta fish should be at 27 degrees

Of the 3 stores closet, this is the only one that consistently stocks the food my cat will eat. So, I drive past 2 other stores to by my cats monthly menus

I came here to purchase a snake with my daughter who already has 4 snakes at home. Before purchasing we also ask to hold the snake prior to purchase. Came into this store asked can we hold the snake and the lady who works at the store first said oh I don’t like snakes let me get someone else. She came back and then inform that the manager told her no we can’t hold the snake. I’m so confused as to why not because we have never experienced this issue before of not being able to hold the snake prior to purchase. I won’t be visiting this store again. We did end up purchasing the baby snake and my daughter is happy.

If i could give them 0 star i would!!!! Worst Costumer Service i have ver experienced ! Brought my cat at 10 am in the morning , its 3:30 and i haven't heard any diagnostic , evreytime they transfer me to the doctor its 10 minute hold!!! Dont go to this place they suck!
