I shouldâve read the reviews before bringing my dog here. I will never ever bring my dog to this Petsmart for services. Read the Carly review below ,,, that was two years ago and they havenât changed and there is an additional review about the groomers below.
I went to pick up my dog two hours later and she was sitting in the back in a cage for two hours waiting for them to cut her hair which they never did .
Never again !

If you are going to get your dog groomed you best speak Spanish, the ladies working there wonât try to speak English to you, and they all have a face as if they are mad at the world

This is my favorite Petsmart because the employees are absolutely the best. Always friendly and helpful. I had a situation with a delivery recently and Brian went above AND BEYOND to make it right. I don't have enough kind words to convey my gratitude!

First time taking our pups to the groomers here. They're about to be a year old. Mia got spooked tore her leash and ran into the store before I could put the leash on her. The manager had a cow and started screaming at my husband and I. We grabbed a leash so we could walk her over since their grooming is in the back. She accused of us stealing the leash that we used to walk her over. Unnecessary. If that's the type of manager you have representing your store than you need a new one.
