WHAT A GEM!!! Found this AMAZING digital printing company, Photo Offset Printing, doing a Google Maps search for “local digital printers near me”.I urgently needed retail marketing flyers created in Adobe Illustrator, digitally printed professionally. I ordered a set to be printed on foam board and another set for acrylic marketing holders.The other printing company I had first sent my print job to (won’t mention the company name out of respect, but they are located in Downtown Coral Gables), was unresponsive, dragging their feet and customer service severely lacking. After numerous follow-up attempts and still getting nowhere, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Best decision and so glad I did!I selected Photo Offset Printing because they had the best Google customer review rating, and I needed top quality professional printing with great customer service.This company far exceeded my expectations! My rush order was turned around within 24 hours. The great customer service provided by Peggy and Anibal was fantastic (thank you both)! They kept in close contact with me and well informed of the status of my order. And the outcome of my print jobs was absolutely STUNNING!!!Superior quality printing and assembly. My print jobs were neatly shrink wrapped and ready for pick up at the agreed upon time. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked into the office and treated so kindly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a wealth of industry experience. And their professional recommendations were all spot on. An added bonus was the available customer parking and convenient location in a professional commerce area.For new customers, look no further this is the right choice! And if you’re debating whether to switch printing companies like I was, you’ll be glad you moved your business to Photo Offset Printing. My wedding invitations showed up with 2 missing addresses printed. After calling a few printing services no one was able to help us print our 2 missing invites. Photo offset was so helpful when we called them and said they can easily do the job. We went today and they were so detailed trying to find the perfect font, printed our envelopes perfectly, and wouldn't even charge us! I will definitely use them for any future printing needs. Such a nice and helpful staff. Thank you again!

I have placed 3 orders and I have been very pleased with 1) the outstanding customer service and 2) the quality of the printer cards ordered. The first order was over a year ago: event invitations. My 2nd order was last month: a redo for invitations for another event. We had taken the order to FedEx Office in Coral Gables and they got the order wrong not once, not twice, but three times. I was a bit concerned that it was not in Coral Gables and the drive out there, but having the order right and driving only once to pick them up has worked out for me. The customer service it OUTSTANDING and the quality of printing even better!!!
