Finally found a good primary vet for our dogs. I've been through so many I wasnt happy with. Receptionist is wonderful, Dr Pou was very friendly, on point and LISTENS. Its an hour from my house but worth the drive. Free first visit so you have nothing to lose and I can tell these people are genuine and not trying to upsell things you don't need.

Highly recommended! The Doctors are very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose hypothyroidism on our dog and confirmed it with blood work. We have taken him to other vets and no one every thought about it. Staff is super friendly.
Update: While the doctors and nurses are amazing, the place is very commercial and cares more about making money than your dog's health. I ordered some medication that my dog has been taking for years from 1800petmeds. They did not approve it and said to instead buy it from their online pharmacy even though it was more expensive. Sadly, I will have to take my dog somewhere else where they have great doctors but also care about your dog and not just making money

Dr Pou was fabulous curing our Prince Charles Cavalier. She had stomach problems with heavy dehydration. He cured her in 24 hours!! He was amazing. The caring treatment he gave her got our Tabac back to her self in no time at all. Thank you Doctor!!

We been there to have some answers about health certificate they were really professional and knowledgeable about the docs and all the process we have to be able to fly with them, I'm really happy to found this Vet I'm highly recommended to go and visit them.

Dr. Pou is amazing and all the staff is so friendly and welcoming! Nurse Jennifer is great and super sweet. My dog is always happy to come in. 10/10 recommend!

Not a good vet + overpriced + slightly shady
not a good vet:
I rescued a dog from a neglectful home and brought the dog to Pou Vet Group. Dr Pou acted like he had never heard of someone rescuing a dog before and was baffled that the dog had ticks and fleas and he recommended I neuter the dog at 6 months old because he was "aggressive"
It only took a couple of months for the dog to become a very sweet dog - not aggressive at all. He just needed a good home.
overpriced:
they charge more than kendall animal medical center or pinecrest animal hospital and they don't even carry all the same vaccines like canine influenza & they prescribe a lot of drugs for small things like a broken toenail.
slightly shady:
they make you buy all prescription products through their pharmacy and charge you more than other prices you can find online. If you try to order from elsewhere they will block the order unless you pay a fee for disloyalty.

Every visit from beginning to end is great! Never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr Pou is honest, friendly and knowledgable. He always comes in to examine your pet even if it’s just for updated vaccines. Staff is amazing. My pup has been coming here since he was a baby and now he’s 2 years and 3 months.

The staff was so welcoming, kind and caring, Sal was so helpful and so nice with my dog I highly recommend the office for any pet needs thank you all for your help with my fur baby.
