I just worked with Victor at Preferred Plumbing Supply. I needed to order a new toilet. Not only did he expedite the order quickly and efficiently…he also got it delivered to my house the next day. I definitely will recommend this company to my friends and clients.

I live in an old house in Miami. I needed a piece for the cold water valve under the kitchen sink. I went to Ace and consulted with their plumbing guy. No joy. My wife Googled plumbing and found Preferred Plumbing Supply. The fellow behind the counter immediately recognized my part and sold me a replacement for under $10. Great place with knowledgable staff.

This is the worst company that I’ve ever seen in my 68 years. I have never seen a business that refused to help the customer over the phone meaning if you’re calling to find out if they have a item or how many inches it is they put a limit on how many times you should call as a business. It is your job to answer the customer‘s needs. I would think if I called 10 times to ask 10 different questions you should be able to help me instead of you screaming to the top of your lungs that people are calling you over and over again duh that’s your job to help and answer. The people’s question I would never ever step foot in this place again this gentleman is arrogant nasty owners are reflection of their company and as for me this company is no good. I rather crank my car and go to Home Depot Lowe’s or anyone else that sells plumbing.
