This pharmacy is completely unorganized. Every order from them is charged to the wrong account or delayed. Even despite calling them multiple times to follow up. They do not send receipt messages when they receive an email order which is part of their problem. Providers shouldn’t have to tell you how to stay organized when they place an order. Please be more professional as you give compound pharmacies a bad name

the first impression was excellent the staff very friendly and i was attended very soon the dr she was great immediately took care of my concerns. also the nurse was great they make me feel welcome now ihave other appointments Ihope they do not disappoint me and continue with that excellent first impression

The worse place ever. Unprofessional, doctors don't know their patients, every time you have an appointment someone differt see you, and they seem not to be well prepared. Living in Miami put every resident in a bad position since we don't have many options here in South Florida. Is sad to say, but we need better doctors who love what they do not what they earned $$$

I just signed up for my second round with Lio, the first 3 month cycle I lost 71 pounds. Lio is an amazing coach and gives you real world solutions to real world scenarios. I truly appreciate that she has a plan to help me keep the weight off. I highly recommend working with Lio

I've been here for over an hour and had an appointment for 11:30am (it is now 12:31pm). I checked in as usual, and was sitting there hoping they would call me up within 20 minutes to do the copayment and nothing. After 30 minutes, I went up to the front desk and one of the girls said that she was gonna check up on me in the most uncaring way and another 20 minutes pass by and no call whatsoever. I asked another girl at the front desk to check and she looks around and says that they're doing my paperwork that I will be called up shortly to do the copayment. After 10 minutes of seeing people going in before me I catch one of the older ladies that I've seen before and I ask her the same thing and she asks around and no one responds. She went to the back to see if my information was there and comes back to ask for my name and DOB again, meaning there was no paper work prepared and who knows what happened with my original sign in tab that they make you fill out! In a matter of five minutes, the lady gets my paperwork, has me pay the co-pay and I get called in to see one of the doctors. It is now 12:42pm and I'm sitting here waiting to see who is going to see me. I've been coming here for over a year, mainly to do my infusions and have seen their doctors before. This is the second time that my sign in tab gets lost and no one addresses it until the third or fourth time that I have to go up to the front desk. That is totally unacceptable and if they cannot handle Such high volumes then they need to revamp something here. I know I am just another person to them but I will not be using them any longer as a PCP. What is the point of setting up an appointment if they cannot handle getting the patient to see a doctor in that timeframe?! Horrible! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Blue the office manager provided \\\"EXCELLENT-Customer Service\\\". My experience was world class. I was very pleased on all the excellent customer service from each individual in each department. If anyone should need medical services and/or treatment especially for any procedure done before surgery. See Blue, her staff will take care of you. I am super grateful for the recommendation from Smart Plastic, I'm hopeful there service will rise to the standards that the Medical facility presented.

Premium Healthcare in Miami, FL is one of the worst healthcare institutions I have ever come across. They are highly disorganized and their services are atrocious. The treatment that is offered is impersonal and you don't get the feeling that the medical staff cares about your health.I have had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Pulmonary department on multiple occasions, and I can confidently say that the wait time is simply unacceptable. It takes hours to get seen, and even then, you are not guaranteed to get the attention that you need. The doctors and nurses here seem more interested in completing their work on time than caring for their patients.Moreover, the treatment and care given by the doctors and nurses here is mediocre at best. They seem to lack the knowledge and experience to diagnose and treat illnesses that a healthcare facility of their stature should be able to deal with.In summary, I would not recommend Premium Healthcare to anyone in need of medical attention. The treatment is highly impersonal, the wait time is unbearably long, and the care you receive here is substandard. Save yourself the frustration and look for alternative healthcare facilities elsewhere.

The experience in that place is terrible. The wait, the treatment, everything is bad. The staff has bad attention, not professionals (very young inexperienced) they don't even know how to serve you. I do not recommend this place to anyone. A place like this should not be working, unless it has to do with health, which is so important and necessary. (That's why I didn't give them any (0) stars)

Had on appointment at 4:30 I was there at 4pm. After one hr I ask the front desk person what was happening he said first that they were waiting for my paperwork half hr later he said the waiting for the Dr to called me and 1 hr and half waiting he told me my paperwork was not done yet. Which was definitely not done. Very disrespectful of people time. I thought I was at Jackson.

I have rated this medical facility one star because although it is a state of the art medical facility and they have a lot of medical staff there to help, at the same time it is the worst medical facility I have ever visited with the worst customer service. I have been dealing with a Quest Medical bill I received from September 2022 and I have left many messages and emailed what is supposed to be the office manager, Jessica Garcia and she has not had the decency to at least acknowledge the email I sent her or contact me back to find out information on my issue and concern. Very unprofessional and I would be embarrassed if this was my business to call her an office manager. As much as I loved going to this medical facility I may not even consider going back at all going forward after this experience.

No sense of urgency to clear out patients, and you'll be lucky if your even seen. I just want for a third time, the first time them not scheduling and the second them just flat denying me service after my appointment and having been waiting for 40 minutes. Now the 3rd time after a few HOURS I was able to get 2/3 of my tests done but then when it came to a cardiovascular CT they had "long waiting times" and flat lied to me and the person waiting for the same thing in front of me. Long story short they are very unprofessional and it's likely you won't get the service you need there vs most places
