Had to take back the cushion 3 times to have it properly fixed even sending them picture of the height of the bench as the picture shows with a tape measure and they still got it wrong they went out 3 more inches.They did not even have send someone to collect and fix it. I had to drive to the shop which is far from where i live. And I paid good money for a lousy job. They are not knowledgeable in suggestions as fabric wise. Definitely don’t recommend!

For now, one star. Once the product is complete I may adjust to a higher rating but won’t get a 5 star for sure.
Promised a quick turn around, and I called to get an update and now advised making progress but won’t be ready until 8/30. I think that a little extensive for 8 cushions.
I didn’t say anything on how I walked in the day I dropped off and waited about 15 mins before anyone came out to attend to me. The gentleman was polite and professional, no issues with him, but the wait time of me just standing there waiting to be attended is a bit unpleasant and unacceptable.
I can look past all these issues if my cushions would be completed by my requested time frame which I was advised it shouldn’t be a problem. But now changing it and extending yet even further? Big no no and not acceptable under any circumstance.

What an amazing experience with Premium Upholstery! They are not only professional but they are fast and efficient and the quality of their work is top notch. Osvaldo the owner is so quick to respond and give feedback and his employees (Barbaro) do a fantastic job! Extremely satisfied with every piece of furniture they reupholstered for our RV. Highly recommend.

We are a commercial property and we had a very unpleasant experience working with premium upholstery. We were promised a turnaround of one week and it took almost two months. When the order was complete, they refused to deliver the cushions until we paid the remaining balance. A deposit was submitted prior to pick up but we were never advised that the remained needed to be paid prior to delivery, if that information was communicated we could have coordinated better. We were also charged a credit card fee when a check was cut. The employees were very rude over the phone and inconsiderate of the situation. They gave us a very hard time. On top it all, when the cushions were delivered the stitching was sub par.
Expensive and horrible customer service. Probably better for a residential unit, would not recommend for a commercial business.
