Excellent attention and service! My laptop had a broken screen, in my country (Argentina) the replacement was not available. More than a year ago I had this problem and here they fixed my screen and left it like new. In addition, they met the promised times (even though I was short on time because I was traveling) and via email they kept us updated on the status of the arrangement. A LUXURY

We had an emergency where a laptop was dropped and no one local could do anything. We were fearful of BitLocker as we’d lost the key. Prime was able to replace the parts on the board and got our data! They went above and beyond to make sure we got the data we needed in the cloud before sending it back. They saved us!!!

The best Gaming PC computer repair in Miami, they took 24 hours after doing the diagnostic on my Gaming PC to get it ready. I highly recommend their services. I took my parts to another store and they couldn’t make it work after 3 weeks and they make me buy one extra Motherboard and CPU and PSU and Prime Tech Support diagnose my Rig in 24 hours and told me the parts that were broken and I ordered them and delivered to them on Tuesday afternoon and I got a message on Wednesday afternoon and I picked up today Thursday. They are the real deal. I brought them an unusual board for them to do a reflow work on an imaging processor belonging to an Audi front camera that controls the lane assist and adaptive cruise control. This is a common problem with a number of Audi and VW. After a few years the system stops working and 80% of the time it is because the processor looses connection with the board.So I took them the board, discussed the issue with the technician and in 15 minutes he completed the reflow. Came back home, reinstalled the camera and the system recognized the camera and now I have cruise control and lane assist back. Thank you!!!

My PC had problems with the motherboard and the processor, they came wrong from the factory. I took my PC to other companies and they couldn't see the fault and they didn't do anything here, they solved it immediately.The best service you can have for my gaming computer, they solved all my problems and they are very professional with excellent service. I recommend them 100% and they know what they are doing. the best !
