I paid $168.51 to ship overnight for Saturday delivery but package didn't arrive until Monday! Every time I contact the store, they tell me to contact UPS, then UPS tells me to contact the store. I feel frustrated no one is accountable for this delivery.
I won't be using a third-party shipper again but go straight to the source. There's a reason UPS and FedEx said they couldn't ship that on a Saturday--they know what they're doing.

The worst place place to send your package, poor customer service
I send a package they over charge me and told the package will be delivered in 2 days now it’s been 2 weeks when i call the hang up on me

Had a great first time experience! Jenny was super kind and gave me great customer service. She was at the door when I came in with my package which was huge and he helped me carry it to the front. She also helped me to find the most affordable ways I could send my package. Will definitely come back if I ever need to send out a package.

I usually don't write reviews but the service I received here was exceptional. Since you open the door you are greeted with enthusiasm by the owner. She answers all your questions and she makes sure to provide you with all you shipping options before completing any transactions. She is always nice and with a smile. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

The employees were nice, but not productive. Came to ship a small package for my business and after 15 minutes the clerk kept telling me the mailing address was invalid despite me shipping to that address multiple times. She said there's nothing she can do and got distracted by her phone and stopped helping me. There's also a $10 minimum purchase if you want to pay with a debit/credit which is ridiculous in 2019.

As a local business owner in North Miami, I have been using Private Postal Systems for years. I was very friendly with the previous owners who built a strong foundation and knew their customers.When it was time to pass the torch after 30 plus years, Barbara and Nancy took pride in finding the right buyer to carry on their legacy and goodwill.They new owners have really done a great job. The entire place was was remodeled from the ground up and is always well kept and very organized. They sell boxes for every occasion and will also pack your item with extra TLC.The small premium you may pay here to avoid going into a crowded post office is well worth it.There is one thing that the new owners did not remodel or change….I’m referring to Joan who also worked for the previous owners. She’s reliable, caring and has good sense of humor.
