The owner of this location is extremely rude. I went in to do a shipment thru DHL. After waiting for over 45 mnts she told us she couldn’t take care of us. That we needed to wait, that her priorities were the people sending money. The place was full, no quarantine. She handed us over to one of her employees. While she was doing Mary Kay sells to a client. She was not interested in helping us, she even told us, you know there are other DHL locations. I am so bothered by the service. DHL should definitely take their services out of this office. This location is trash!

Very unprofessional tax agents. They ask to call back in a week to then ignore all the calls. I had to call from another number to talk to tax agent for them at the end to hang up the phone.
