I am writing with serious concern regarding my storage unit C484, which I have been using for over a year. Upon arriving recently, I discovered that my unit has been changed without any prior notice or authorization. The original unit C484 is no longer in place, and I have no information about the location of my belongings.
I have tried to get in contact with staff, but no one has responded. This situation is unacceptable, and I am requesting immediate clarification.
I urgently request the following:
1. A clear explanation of what happened to unit C484.
2. The exact location of my belongings and the unit they have been moved to.
3. Immediate access to my items.
