I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this storage facility. I was less than a day late checking out—about 5 hours—after I had already emptied my unit. Despite this, they tried to charge my card over $200 for those few extra hours. Very greedy. I asked to speak to a supervisor, hoping to find someone who understands customer service and has a better grasp of the situation. Unfortunately, the supervisor who spoke with me was awful—unprofessional, rude, and completely mishandled the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Scammers, big time

Nice place nice people. But only have few carts for couple of hundred units so make sure bringing your own cart if you dont like to wait & waste most of your day here ???

Wow ! I am extremely satisfied with my service today! First I walked into an all women staff, which was so wonderful. Immediately I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude by Ms. Djoulie. Ms. Janette assisted me with the tour of the facility and how to use the elevators. Her bilingual skills allowed her to not only assist me but guest that were waiting as well. Ms. Marvina and Ms Osi were just perfectly placed to answer any other questions I had about storage. 10 out of 10 this storage.

Amazing service and their storage spaces are ginormous!! Ther persons name that helped me out was Manny and I would definitely recommend him for any service!! Any of the front desk people are amazing to work with!!
