It’s a trap. They lure you with decent prices and then they start raising prices EACH month by 20-30%, although same space in the same location is offered at often half the price. Very dishonest

I rented a space in Public storage with a descent rate at beguining, they use the offer to attract you..once you sign.and start paying, they start raising the prices month over month. Within the 1st 6 months all was Ok, after that the prices of rent started to get raised eacj month almost by 20%, now they reached more than double of what I signed for the 1st day. As a Result I'm closing my contract this month. Its outrages how they find a way to rip you off!! Dishonest and very agressive policy of pumping from you the max of Money!!! Never again!!! Very disapointing.

Morley(lair, Manipulator, bootlicker, crab in the barrel)and Darowiches(rude, over taker, yeller)trying to evicted me on rules that don't exist. Morley harasses me with dirty looks and head shake of disapprovement everytime I enter the building and also question me to why I visit my unit daily,not his business. I feel very uncomfortable everytime I enter the property. Looking to take my business elsewhere..

Jennifer and Brandon are amazing! Great customer service, fantastic communication, very kind! Building, units, floors are spotless. Highly recommend this location and working with Jennifer and Brandon!

The staff at this Public Storage location is very helpful and extremely professional. Jennifer assisted me with my account to resolve an issue on a holiday. She was happy to help which means a lot given that it’s a federal holiday. Thank you Jennifer and Brandon.
