I have been with them for years and recently cleared my unit. Shanice made my life easy from start to finish. She is so kind, professional, and understanding. Her knowledgeability was/is always so impressive; no matter what question I had, she knew the answer. Never skipped a beat. The property is always well-maintained. You won't be disappointed! I'm sad to leave, but a new chapter has begun for me. I'll never forget the one-on-one help from that location and specifically from Shanice. A total gem.
