I recently had some misfortune at my home with some wiring and had a fire that destroyed half my house. I needed a storage asap which i thought was gonna be another headache but thanks to Octavio made the process so easy which was a glimmer of light.

I visited your location to inquire about renting a possible space. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Octavio, who addressed all my questions and concerns. If I decide to rent a space, it will definitely be with Public Storage, as the employees are very friendly and accommodating.

I just rented another unit at this location. For the past few I’ve always come back because Octavio has always been courteous and attentive. His customer service skills are very unique.
