Cielo was going to rent to me, but I in fact did not need it till the middle of or late August and did not realize that but she was very helpful and told me what I have to do next the place is super clean and she was very efficient. Thank you.

Cielo was very attentive. What is very attentive, what is missing is people in the office, this is always empty, but I found her here and she was very kind and attentive. It's a shame I'm leaving.

Absolutely terrible horrendous place to use as a storage facility I’m currently sitting here have been waiting since 10am it’s currently 12:05pm with no one in the office and no answer of the phone within office hours and no signs on the doors that they will be back later. They removed access to my unit and all account information so I can’ even get a hold of customer service. I just need to get to my unit to remove my lock so I don’t continue being charged. This is absolutely ridiculous if I could give 0 stars I would. I’m uploading pictures with time stamps showing the office empty.

Came in and bought a box to use as a lid on a damaged box i needed to ship back to a store for a return. Nickolas the manager here was polite enough to help me pick out the box and cut and fit it all in his office. Excellent customer service and friendly dude

I have been renting a space here for close to two years and Nick the manager helps me a lot. I am elderly and he assists me getting to my unit and with the push carts and even helped me set up their app for hands free access. Nick keeps the whole place clean and has his hands full running the entire place by HlMSELF EVERY DAY but still makes time to help all of his tenants. His service is unmatched. God bless this man.
