I recently had a very unpleasant experience at this storage unit. The male manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout our interaction. Despite being a paying customer, I felt undervalued and mistreated.
Their lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable, and I strongly advise potential customers to consider other options. A business that treats its customers so poorly doesn't deserve your time or money.
