I really appreciate the convenient location of this storage facility and the excellent service I received from Ms. Desmonica. She was very helpful and made the process smooth. However, the limited access hours pose an issue for those of us with 9-6 work schedules. It would be great if the facility could offer extended hours to accommodate people who need access after 6pm.
