After renting with Public Storage across Miami for years, I can confidently say this was one of my best experiences. ASHLEY welcomed me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to show me all the available units, explained everything clearly and in detail, and answered every question with patience and professionalism.
It’s rare to meet someone with such a genuinely positive attitude and beautiful energy. Ashley’s vibe truly made the entire process pleasant and stress-free. She is a real asset to this location.

Beware of storage unit size scam. They will show you a picture of a 5x5 unit and give you something totally different when you go to the location. Then if you decide to cancel they will not do any refunds.

Terrible experience. They are very nice at first, but once they ask for a review, they stop helping you.
Charges are not clearly explained.
Also, the facility only has five parking spots. I had to wait over an hour just to park and unload…

I tried to ask the dispatcher for help at 6:25. I tried to exit the premises but couldn’t. The dispatcher didn’t help me and hung up because I was very angry. In the end, I had to use the emergency exit, and I am very disappointed because the customer support service is terrible.

What a Blast! It was so easy to setup an account in just a few minutes! I had needed to secure a space prior to Dec. 1st and was fortunate to meet Djoulie at the front desk. She was able to guide the most appropriate storage unit & great pricing, which catered to my needs. I think everyone should use this Public Storage as your preferred Self-Storage!

Hi! I’m really satisfied with this place — I’ve stored my things here before, and now I’m opening this storage unit again for myself, and only from the good side. The staff is very polite, and the manager at the front desk helped me quickly, with a smile and great energy. Everything was easy, fast, and simple.
