I’ve rented storage units for the last 9 years in different cities and states since I’ve been 18. This specific Extra Space manager here loves to try to scam you and raise your rent an extra $100-$200 without any 30 day notice in the mail even though the current units for the same size are going for $211 right now and even cheaper at the other two places literally right next door. This is the second time they’ve tried to scam me. Two months after moving in he tried raising my rent from $211 to almost $400. I have a 10x15 unit which are not going for anywhere near $400 a month there or anywhere else! I will be reporting this manager to corporate. Stay away from this extra space! I’ve had 3 other units in Miami at other places and have never experienced anything like this previously!

Great experience. The manager Milena made the process very easy by taking a consultive approach asking questions and educating me that if my needs of unit size change, changing units is possible as long as one is available. She answer all my questions but offer ideas to issues may be in my future.
She is definitely a great Ambassador for your company.
