I have been renting here since March of 2023 and since then, my family and I could not be happier. This location is spotless! From the entrance, office, parking areas, storage walkways and bathrooms, it is always impeccable. I just got off the phone with Alex who was utmost efficient, amiable and professional. He was able to work on my monthly payment in a way that made sense. he also provided great advice in a unit transfer to help with the rent. I've been renting here for years and the location and staff itself deserve 5 stars. Never had a issue here. Only reason I give them 4 is because of the price increases every few months. I wish they would offer a fixed long term contract. Every year or two I have to rent a new one to lower my payment and move my stuff to another unit. It only takes about 30-40 minutes to do the move but still. They should have at least a system in place that I can keep my unit number at their current rates. We live in a townhouse with limited storage so I rent a 5x10 to keep all our seasonal stuff and non essentials to save room like Christmas decorations, beach stuff, etc.
