Buyer Beware - Pharmacy was splitting Doctors prescription for eye drops so insurance would not cover. They were going to charge us over $500 for 2 bottles (instead of one higher oz bottle that Doctor had prescribed and would have been covered by insurance). I took prescription to another pharmacy and they filled the prescription as ordered by Doctor. Prescription was covered by insurance and was $120. Have to wonder if they are doing this to intentionally increase their profits. Beware and shop other pharmacies for prescriptions that seem to be high dollar here.

This Publix is pretty regular. Little bit older and parking is pretty right. However, the service was great.

It depends on who is serving you. Most of the time, the answer I get is "It's in backorder...don't know when we are going to get it." Finally, I had enough and called Walgreens. My meds was ready the next day. I have one med that my insurance doesn't cover. Got the same answer from Publix Pharmacy. Went to CVS, got it the next day. At times, the service was great at Publix Pharm Other times, service was horrible. I am too old to deal with the inconsistency. I gave them a chance for 1 year. I think a change was necessary.

Publix is the primary grocery store in the state of Florida, there are countless locations. In the most recent years most Publix locations have been remodeled to make them all standard. They have an amazing deli where you can get great custom sub sandwiches, get warm food including their delicious popcorn chickens. The bakery has delicious pastries and they do solid cakes and for a good price. They have a great customer service and they are very helpful. This review is pretty much on Publix in general but my personal favorite is the Dadeland location. We usually get catering for our kids parties from them and they have great packages.

By far the worst Publix I've step foot into. Long deli lines with only one individual managing it. Staff disappears for extended periods of time; rarely can you find someone to assist.

I have had one of the worst experiences and service ever. Got to the pharmacy at 2:15pm. My Dr had send en electronic prescription and they supposedly didn’t receive it. Had to call my Dr who actually called the pharmacy and at 3:15pm they supposedly started to prepare it. Waited in front of their staff constantly asking them when it was going to be ready and they told me they where working on it. At 6:30pm I asked them again and they simply said they didn’t have the medication. Spent the entire afternoon waiting for e medication that they never had. The worse pharmacy I’ve been to in Miami. I would compare it to a 3rd world country. I highly recommend not trusting your health with this Staff and their Dr.

horrible, they steal your cars here and the manager and staff are in on it, as soon as u leave your car they watch you and tow it. I shopped at the store and when i came back my car was gone. All the staff and manager said is that that happens and to figure it out. Horrible experience.

Wow Such change and new year can do... And not in a good way. Within the last three months Ive seen the management and overall environment of this Publix take a turn. Living with a disability I once found solitude coming into Publix speaking to security with my assistant animal and having great conversations with the management team. This has now turned into a place in which management team and deli included rather not speak to you. I entered Publix after leaving the VA with my service dog... I entered Publix to be accosted on entry demanding to know what task my dog provides for me after I clearly identifying that he is a service dog. I later inquired about a type of meat to select I was brushed off and told " I don't care" Which I'm hoping was more of a language barrier then a rebuttal to me asking Which Publix seasoned salmon was the deli managers favorite. I'd like to add that the bakery may have taken a turn for the better. I once came in frazzled looking for my weekly funfetti cupcakes. And couldn't find them I quickly turned to the bakery manager and she turned around six vanilla cupcakes with confetti icing quicker than I could even ask for them! Her patience with me was very much appreciated! Tonight I came in for seltzer, and I see you have a deal on bubbly! Me with a physical disability and a lover of bubbly I packed my cart with 10 of my favorite bubbly boxes! After purchasing my sodas I realized the grocery bagger Who usually escort me to my apartment with sodas out of the kindness of his heart no longer works here! I spoke to customer service and the woman obliged to unlock the cart and allow me to get my purchase home, i share the same block as Publix, in Mirabel. however when she radioed over for the woman to actually complete the task the other correspondant seemed agitated that I could even ask for assistance. She rebuttaled we don't even do that here... A new grocery bagger that I had not met prior offered to assist me to my house I appreciate his assistance! He will make a great grocery attendant. I'm quite puzzled by the others behaviors

Ok. So I've been going to this Publix on and off for years. Whenever I'm in the area. Today I went to a friends house and he brought some sushi over. WOW!!! It was amazing!! Wanted to let you all now that the fish was super soft and luxurious. Treat yourself.

Love Publix in Dadeland.Even though it is enormous, I can find my way around. The floral section, managed by Letecia is the most beautiful of all the Publix stores in Miami. The people at the deli counter, the fish counter, the bakery and the produce section are patient and kind. The fish department always has fresh fish marked correctly.Your stock personnel, the people who work as baggers and take my cart to my car, recognize me and greet me when I enter the store. If I can’t find a product, everyone helps. Even store managers will walk me to the aisle and hand me the product. The pharmacy staff and pharmacists treat me as if we are in a small town. I have had every vaccination and flu shot administered there since Publix opened. They are pros.I almost forgot to say thanks to the cashiers. They are tireless in their efforts to make shopping a pleasure at Publix. They smile and chat and are efficient all at the same time. That is a miraculous feat. All in all I highly recommend Dadeland Publix. It is my store.

Perfect neighborhood Publix! Never really had any issues here besides one altercation that happened outside as I was leaving (between 2 other people). Other than that it feels safe and it's in walking distance to downtown Dadeland. It's also convenient that they have the Publix liquor store as well
